Highly Creative and Fantastical Alice in Wonderland Photos from Burton!

Here is some really cool images from the upcoming 2010 film by Tim Burton of Alice in Wonderland. They are really, really, really splendid looking and just by the concept art we can tell that this film is going to be the number 1 Alice in Wonderland film ever made. We really love the heart and imagination that Burton does with his movies for kids – he brings lots of color and light and beauty into it while making it realistic and un-realistic all at the same time. He really did it with Roald Dahl’s Charlie and the Chocolate Factory-very true to the book and very few authors love what directors do with their writings – but Dahl loved his.

Truly Awesome News from GdT!

According to a recent interview that the director of The Hobbit, Guillermo del Toro, did – all three very important characters will be coming back for the film. Ian McKellen as Gandalf, Andy Serkis as Gollum, and the very wise Hugo Weaving as Elrond! This is very promising news indeed and we so can’t wait until 2011/2012!!! GdT also seems to have in mind who will be playing Bilbo so we can’t wait to see who it is. Movie making is an out of this world experience, especially to the people who have the genius, talent, and imagination to do it.
